1. Online booking

The booking is confirmed by paying a 20% deposit. This payment can be made by card with the "PAY" button after sending the form, or with a link that arrives by email together with the confirmation.

After the payment, the customer receives a confirmation with the summary and a link for the online check-in, which must be completed within the following 72 hours.

In the online check-in the customer chooses options and confirms the payment of the rental. Afterwards the customer receives a voucher with the exact pick-up address, GPS coordinates, contacts and information about accessories.

2. Payments

The advance payment is made by credit or debit card, and the rest of the rental will be paid by credit or debit card in the online check-in.

3. Cancellation policy

• Advance payment: the money is not refunded. A nominal, non-transferable voucher is issued, valid to reschedule the rental and redeemable at any of the pick-up points.
• Rental balance, locations in Spain (Alicante, Málaga, Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia): in case of cancellation, a coupon for 100% of the rental amount is issued.
• Rental balance, all other international locations: the cancellation policy is set by the affiliate and may vary.

4. Use and privacy

We collect the data that the user enters or provides: name, email, IP address, device information, purchase history, comments and reviews, as well as document and driving licence data.

Payment data is handled by Stripe; the company has no access to card numbers. Stripe complies with the PCI-DSS standards.

The data is used to provide the service, give support, send communications and statistics, and comply with the law; for example, to process the notification of fines to the driver with the DGT.

To exercise your rights over your data (access, correction, deletion or objection) you can write to info@wberentgroup.com or to the postal address of the company.

This policy may be changed at any time; important changes are notified.

5. Legal notice

• Ownership: the website belongs to Wellcome Bikers España S.L., based in Onil (Alicante), registered in the Commercial Registry of Alicante.
• Copyright: all content is protected. Copying it for commercial purposes, distributing it or modifying it is forbidden. Some images belong to third parties.
• Cookies: session, performance, personalisation and third-party cookies are used to analyse the use of the site, without identifying users.
• Liability: the company does not guarantee that the site works without interruptions or errors, nor is it responsible for decisions based on its information, for external links or for damages derived from access.
